The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by plants, you will find a large swimming pool of 9 x 6m and a constant depth of 1.80m. Around it, you will find two terraces where you will find a barbecue, a trampoline and several corners where you can sunbathe or enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The interior of the single-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor is the living-dining room, which has a TV-sat and is ideal for long evenings. The kitchen is independent and has a gas cooker and everything you need to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. Upstairs you will find the 4 bedrooms, all of them with fan. Two of them have a double bed, one of them also with access to the balcony, while the other two have two single beds each. Two independent bathrooms with shower complete this floor.
